Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a senior headhunter, you will play a key role in our efforts to attract skilled engineers who are ready to make the leap to Sweden. With great living standards and numerous job opportunities, we need talented professionals like you to help us find the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build trust with suitable candidates and provide them with information about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
  • Work closely with our global team of recruiters and executive management to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Support our Swedish delivery management team in handling relocation matters for our consultants.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector or similar technical experience.
  • A solid network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Upper intermediate English language proficiency.
