- People Experience and Technology (PXT) Agenda Management
- Generalist Human Resources Role
- Mobilization and Demobilization of Workforce
- Internal Communication and Employee Engagement
- Leadership Development at Supervisor to Manager Levels
- Labor and Employee Relations Issues Coordination
- Consolidation and Reporting of Metrics
A Day in the Life:
- Collaborate with HR Assistants to Create an Exceptional Employee Experience
- Lead the Analysis and Reporting of Human Resources Metrics and Goals
- Participate in Daily Dive Deep Meetings with Operations and Support Teams
- Co-Lead Workforce Planning Meetings and Execute Mobilization/Demobilization Plans
- Conduct Gemba Walks and Monitor Operational Processes
- Identify Trends and Risks from a Labor and Employee Relations Perspective
- Promote and Model an Inclusive Environment for All Employees

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or Higher
- Experience in Generalist Human Resources Roles
- Fluent Portuguese and Advanced English
- Microsoft Office Skills, Especially Excel
- BI Tools Familiarity
- Ability to Work 100% On-Site at the Fulfillment Center
- Flexibility in Hours and Days, Especially During Peak Periods
