We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Human Resources Generalist to join our team in an Amazon warehouse located in São João de Meriti - RJ. As a key member of the PXT (People eXperience and Technology) team, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through effective HR strategies, processes, and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in generalist HR functions, including staffing, workforce management, internal communication, employee engagement, leadership development, labor and employee relations, and data analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that drive results.
A day in the life of this role may include:
- Collaborating with HR Assistants to create an exceptional employee experience
- Developing and implementing HR metrics and goals to drive business outcomes
- Participating in regular meetings with Operations teams and other support areas to discuss key performance indicators and areas for improvement
- Leading workforce planning meetings and executing staffing and termination plans
- Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment through monitoring operational processes and identifying trends and risks
- Providing expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to employees and leaders alike

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in generalist HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Fluent Portuguese language skills, with intermediate-level English proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
