We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated People eXperience & Technology Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR initiatives that drive business results and improve the employee experience.
- This position requires strong generalist experience in Human Resources subsystems, as well as experience supporting massive and operational client groups (factories, warehouses, call centers, etc).
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
