Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the HR function as a full-service HR business partner/consulting support to client groups in Brazil.
  • Cultivate strong and influential working relationships with local leadership teams and employees.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness through talent reviews, succession planning, onboarding, hiring, operational improvements, and employee development planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR services and support corporate functions and compliance with local law practices and corporate requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience required.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English is essential, Spanish desirable.
  • Proven ability to align HR strategy to business needs for measurable impact.
  • Strong collaboration and customer-focused skills with ability to develop influential business relationships.
  • Ability to guide organizations through periods of change and challenge the status quo.
  • Experience in an international software company preferred.
  • Independent thinking and innovative mind with resourcefulness when needed.
