You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, implement best practices, and ensure alignment with business goals. Your responsibilities will include executing relevant controlling and finance processes related to service contracts, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making, and acting as a liaison between finance, sales, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute monthly financial service controlling activities and processes for service contracts in accordance with defined standard operating procedures.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making, including consolidating and analyzing service P&L results versus budget & prior month forecast.
  • Act as a liaison between finance, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, estimating potential risks & opportunities to ensure proper forecasting and decision making.
  • Engage and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to solve operational issues and problems with speed and quality.
  • Analyze and optimize processes to improve business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and management reports as required.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure their needs are met.
  • Evaluate compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need advanced proficiencies in spoken and written English, experience in accounting & cost controlling, P&L analysis, and business performance management. A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is also required.
