We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead Tax Determination implementations in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of Tax Determination projects using the Taxrules platform. This includes planning, execution, and closure, as well as ensuring compliance with Brazilian tax regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Manage project scope, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Solution Consultants, Regulatory, Product, and Integration specialists.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing regular progress updates and issue resolution.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Proven experience managing tax technology or ERP-related projects in Brazil.
- Strong understanding of Brazilian tax legislation and its application in automated systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, PMP, etc.).
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Experience with REST API integrations and tax content configuration.
- Background in consulting or professional services delivery.
- Knowledge of e-invoicing frameworks (NF-e, NFS-e, CT-e, NFcom) and tax reform impacts.
