Job Title: Financial Expert

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled financial professional to join our team as a Senior Finance Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We need someone who can develop and maintain advanced financial planning tools, models, and insights to drive strategic business decisions.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to communicate complex financial information effectively through data visualization and storytelling techniques.
  • Responsibilities also include providing direct support during budgeting processes and assisting in creating business cases.
  • The selected individual will collaborate with technology teams to design reports and dashboards that enhance decision-making capabilities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of corporate finance experience, preferably in a mid-to-large organization.
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for conveying financial insights effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerQuery, PowerPivot, and DAX formulas, as well as experience with PowerBI or similar tools, is essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in accounting prior to transitioning into finance would be beneficial.
  • Experience in coaching and training decision-makers in financial concepts would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies in financial processes would be desirable.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with business unit leaders and stakeholders are necessary.
  • Familiarity with agile principles in project management would be beneficial.
