Our team is responsible for providing top talent to clients, seeking a seasoned expert to oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and drive business growth through efficient and cost-effective programs.
About the Role:- Manage complex recruitment processes for various client groups.
- Develop strategic objectives for Talent Acquisition functions.
- Implement innovative recruitment strategies that align with corporate goals.
- Maintain accurate and efficient Talent Acquisition processes (sourcing, selection, hiring) for dedicated client segments.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable solutions.
**Key Qualifications:**
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a senior recruiter or Talent Acquisition leader.
- Expertise in Talent Acquisition strategies and best practices.
- Fluency in English and additional languages desirable.
