They will collaborate with stakeholders to lead field strategy and engagement, evaluate market landscapes, and define segmentation and communication channels.

- Deliver plans in accordance with therapeutical area goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams and initiatives to ensure strategic objectives and achievements.
- Prioritize resources and activities to maximize brand results.
- Co-lead focus on execution and maximization of opportunities through different channels.
- Leadership experience in cross-functional teams.
- Background in pharmaceuticals industry or correlated markets.
- Strong marketing experience.
- Knowledge of Brazilian Healthcare ecosystem, processes, and key stakeholders.
- Holistic ecosystem view, strategic thinking, and business mindset.
