About the Position:
  • Developing engaging eLearning modules that align with learning outcomes and prioritize learner experience, accessibility, and visual quality.
  • Crafting storyboards and scripts in collaboration with project teams to enhance adult learning theory and instructional frameworks.
  • Prioritizing complex topics into clear, relatable, and sequenced learning paths using eLearning Authoring tools.

Responsibilities:
  • eLearning Module Development: Designing interactive eLearning content that meets the needs of learners and complies with industry standards.
  • Instructional Design: Breaking down complex topics into manageable chunks and developing assessments that align with learning objectives.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality eLearning content.
  • Project Management: Managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Instructional Design Expertise: Proven experience in instructional design or digital learning development using eLearning Authoring tools.
  • eLearning Authoring Tools: Proficiency in Gomo, Articulate, or other comparable authoring tools.
  • Adult Learning Theory: Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional frameworks.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative eLearning solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
