- Serve as the local expert and trainer for a particular product or application.
- Work closely with existing relationships or engage in complex projects generated by the sales team.
- Lead the technical aspects of customer projects through visits, meetings, and interactions, focusing on product presentations to offer customized value propositions.
- Support the complex quotation process in customer projects.
- Play a key role in product launch campaigns or drives as a product champion.
- Develop and deliver local training programs for Alfa Laval employees, channels and customers.
