We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Manager to spearhead our Investigations Diligence and Compliance practice. This key role will lead investigative plans, supervise teams, and conduct research utilizing diverse sources and interview techniques.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and writing skills, with prior experience in investigation, audit, financial consulting, or research. Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English is preferred, while Spanish is an added advantage. A Bachelor's degree is required, with accountants, economists, and administrators being highly desirable. Law degree and journalism backgrounds are also considered.

  • Developing investigative strategies, defining tasks for each team member
  • Supervising assignments and deliverables
  • Conducting research through public databases, commercial and proprietary sources, and the internet
  • Organizing findings methodically for analysis and reporting
