Drive Regional Communication Strategy

The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of a regional communications strategy that aligns with the global vision of our organization.

  • Develop and implement internal and external communication plans to strengthen our brand's reputation in the region.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to regional leaders on communication matters, providing expert guidance to support their goals.
  • Oversee multi-channel communication campaigns, including digital media, public relations, and events, to engage audiences and promote our message.
  • Evaluate the consistency of our brand across all touchpoints and develop strategies to enhance it.
  • Manage crisis and sensitive communications with an ethical approach, ensuring timely and effective response to protect our reputation.
  • Analyze the impact of communication initiatives and propose continuous improvements to optimize our efforts.
Main Responsibilities

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • +8 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in multinational organizations.
  • A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in communications.
  • A bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields.
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills to effectively convey our message.
  • Experience leading teams and projects in multicultural environments, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • A strategic mindset, results-oriented, and highly adaptable to navigate complex situations.
  • A commitment to diversity, inclusion, and collaboration to create a positive work environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and digital communication tools to stay ahead of the curve.
  • The ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines.
