Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated R&D Field Coordinator to join our team. As an R&D Field Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing field trials and demoplots of crop protection products in Brazil.
Main Responsibilities:
- Field Trial Management
- Develop marketing strategies to promote new product opportunities
- Provide training to internal sales force teams, distributors, and local consultants
- Maintain relationships with official researchers, consultants, and key ambassadors
- Analyze data from field trials and demoplots
- Identify market dynamics and competitor movements
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in field trials in the agrochemical industry
- Proficient use of computer programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with the agricultural and chemical industry market and product knowledge
- Strong analytical and visionary approach to new ideas based on market trends
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills, with priority given to those with other local language abilities
