About the Role

Are you an experienced Kubernetes engineer looking to take on new challenges and responsibilities? We are seeking a skilled DevOps professional to join our team as a Senior Engineer.

  • Design, deploy, and operate scalable cloud environments for data and analytics workloads using Kubernetes.
  • Become proficient in Argo Workflows, a powerful tool for automating complex data pipelines.
  • Take the lead in migrating source code repositories and CI/CD pipelines to GitLab or other Git-based platforms.
  • Develop and manage infrastructure with Terraform and related tools.
  • Support high-availability S3-based data lake environments and associated data tooling.
  • Instrument, monitor, and create actionable alerts and dashboards for Kubernetes clusters and data platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in incident, problem, and change management processes.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • No less than 5 years of production experience operating and managing Kubernetes clusters.
  • Strong hands-on experience with cloud services like AWS.
  • A deep understanding of Argo Workflows and its applications.
  • Familiarity with Git, GitLab, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
  • Proficiency in developing infrastructure as code with Terraform.
  • Prior experience in automating data workflows and orchestration in a cloud-native environment.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting.
  • A sound understanding of networking and security principles in cloud environments.
