Job Title: Senior Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team in Porto Alegre, Brazil. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our services and meeting customer expectations through effective ticket resolution and service level agreement management.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve positive customer experience and high satisfaction scores through efficient ticket resolution and service delivery.
  • Independently resolve tickets and ensure that agreed-upon service level agreements for ticket volume and time are met.
  • Provide advanced support and participate in incident & problem management for critical escalations.
  • Contribute to the development of proposals to drive service improvement plans within the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a DevOps Reliability Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Proficiency in DevOps tools and practices, including Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools, especially Terraform.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Languages: Portuguese and English.
