We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Vacation Planner to join our team. In this role, you will work one-on-one with clients to design and book their perfect getaways.
Your goal is to take the stress out of planning and create smooth, unforgettable vacation experiences from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities- Meet virtually with clients to discuss their vacation preferences, needs, budget, and expectations.
- Design tailored vacation packages, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities that align with each client's vision.
- Reserve all travel components using supplier platforms and ensure accuracy across all reservations.
- Be available to support clients before and during their trips, assisting with any questions, changes, or issues that may arise.
- Recommend upgrades, excursions, travel insurance, and destination tips to make each trip extra special.
- Follow up with clients post-travel to gather feedback, encourage reviews, and promote future bookings.
- Stay informed about travel trends, supplier offerings, and destination news to offer the most current advice and opportunities.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or travel planning is helpful but not required.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a love for planning and organization.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn booking platforms.
- Friendly, professional, and client-focused.
