About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage quality control programs to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Analyze quality data and propose improvement suggestions.
  • Develop and implement quality management policies and processes.
  • Participate in supply chain management to ensure supplier quality meets requirements.
  • Train and guide employees to improve team quality awareness.

Hiring Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in quality management.
  • Proficient in quality management tools and methods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills and logical thinking ability.
