Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to lead our quality strategy and drive business excellence. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing quality management systems and processes across our entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems and processes aligned with business needs.
  • Coordinate process reviews and audits to ensure compliance with internal and external expectations.
  • Establish process performance indicators and ensure effective internal controls are in place.
  • Manage non-conformance resolutions and customer interventions triggered by dissatisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in quality management and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lighthouse, L6S, Ochibo-Hiroi, and Lessons Learned/Best Practices.
