Job Summary

This role is responsible for fostering strategic client relationships with LSEG's software and desktop solutions. As a Client Growth Manager, you will build relationships with key accounts in Brazil, specializing in Commodities and Energy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge across LSEG's Workflows Solutions, including flagship products like Workspace and Messenger.
  • Customer Adoption: Drive the adoption of financial analytics and reporting tools, managing customer relationships from sale to onboarding and expansion.
  • Risk Mitigation: Monitor customer health, identify risks, and create strategies to mitigate cancellation risk by partnering with LSEG teams.
  • User Education: Educate end-users on how to use our solutions and models, promoting new features and reviewing product roadmaps.
  • Business Expansion: Drive organic growth within the book of business by uncovering new opportunities and proposing new products.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with Account Managers, Implementation Specialists, Product Managers, and Customer Support to ensure customer needs are met.
