Job Overview

A commodities and energy specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, delivering value to our top accounts in Brazil. This role supports the growth of our business in the region, focusing on customer success and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of LSEG's software and solutions to deliver strategic insights and expert advice to clients.
  • Manage relationships with clients, from sale to onboarding and expansion, building trust and loyalty.
  • Monitor client health and identify risks, assessing product usage and interactions to mitigate cancellation risk.
  • Educate end-users on solution usage and promote new features, incorporating client feedback into investment decisions.
  • Drive organic expansion within the book of business by uncovering new opportunities and proposing new products.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in financial services, preferably in relationship management, sales, or customer-facing roles.
  • Knowledge of Commodities & Energy Industry, Equity Markets & Analysis, and Sales & Trading.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, Spanish a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel, APIs, and LSEG, Refinitiv, or Reuters solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and proactive attitude.
