A key client-facing role that requires architecting and managing technical integration with our APIs, ensuring seamless and efficient integration.
About the Role- Partner with clients to design and implement technical onboarding strategies.
- Provide expert guidance on optimal ways to leverage API features and achieve specific business outcomes like cost reduction, delivery speed, or reliability.
- Decode complex client requirements into clear user stories, technical specifications, and bug reports for internal engineering teams.
- Create high-quality technical documentation, integration guides, code samples, and best practices to empower clients.
- Synthesize client feedback, integration patterns, and common challenges into strategic insights for the Product team.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar technical role, preferably within API-based platforms, B2B SaaS, logistics tech, or marketplaces.
- Demonstrated talent for deconstructing ambiguous business problems and designing elegant technical solutions.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or last-mile delivery is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills, adaptability, empathy, teamwork, and a proactive approach to driving results.
