We are seeking a seasoned Audit Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal audit with a focus on business and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Accomplish the Annual Audit Plan and budgeted hours;
  • Plan audit engagement, perform fieldwork, and prepare audit report;
  • Deliver actionable insights from the audits in the region;
  • The Audit Manager is responsible for executing the audit reviews committed in the Audit Plan, and according to the Global Internal Audit (GIA) methodology;
  • The Audit Manager interacts with management and staff levels of the organization (Brazil and Spanish Latam) and conducts interviews for planning, performing fieldwork, preparing the audit report draft, providing input to the risk assessment process and preparation of the Annual Audit Plan;
  • Contribute with technical expertise to accomplish the Audit Plan and global internal audit initiatives.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in Internal Audit with focus on business and accounting;
  • University Degree; post-graduation level and MBA preferred;
  • CPA, CIA, CISA preferred certification;
  • Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese languages;
  • Ability to work relatively unsupervised, escalating when needed, communication, planning, analytical thinking and capability of managing multiple simultaneous projects.
