Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement complex security solutions, work closely with engineering and operations teams, and translate strategic security objectives into actionable technical architecture.

You will be responsible for proposing and driving best practices to optimize cloud presence, performance, and security. This includes implementing infrastructure and cloud solutions, creating automation and use monitoring tools, and carrying out debugging and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing integrated security solutions, deep expertise across major cloud platforms, and a strong understanding of modern security concepts like CNAPP, Zero Trust, and DevSecOps.

You will also be responsible for producing solution design documents, owning responsibility for the evaluation of technical risks, and mapping out mitigation strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ Years of relevant industry experience.
  • 3+ Years of experience working in DevSecOps roles.
  • A strong track record in automating and optimizing development and release pipelines.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerization technologies, and Linux system administration.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Helm.
  • A good understanding of microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring tools such as Elastic Stack, Zabbix, or Nagios.
  • Proficiency with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
  • Strong time management abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively in changing environments.
  • A solid grasp of the Shift Left philosophy and the ability to mentor teams on secure development practices.
