We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Analytics and Operations professional to join our team. As a key player in our Marketing Operations department, this individual will oversee daily activities and drive strategic initiatives to evolve the team's role within the Marketing organization.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and a strong eye for detail. They will be responsible for building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analyses to inform marketing decisions.
Main Responsibilities:- Leverage technologies, tools, and data to measure and prove success for Regional Field Marketing Teams
- Work directly with our Strategic Marketing & Industry & Solutions Marketing teams to help them measure and prove success for their activities and campaigns while continuing to identify areas of opportunity
- Extract and analyze large data sets to report to deliver meaningful insights
- Lead analytical deep dives to understand Regional funnel drivers and opportunities for marketing performance improvement
- Partner with internal marketing teams to develop dashboard roadmaps and define analytical insights and associated capabilities
- Serve as an authoritative resource on standard metrics, methodologies, and domain knowledge for the marketing organization
- Sift through large amounts of marketing data and omnichannel marketing interactions to make recommendations on ideal marketing mix and ideal customer journeys
- 3-5 years of hands-on marketing analytics or operations experience
- Prior experience in marketing analytics or a comparable role is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and fluency in Eloqua/Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proven success collaborating with cross-team stakeholders
- Experience with advanced database segmentation
- SQL or NO-SQL Experience
- Stakeholder management
- Project management skills
- Experience with ideation and creating experiments
- Previous experience in B2B software industry
