Data-Driven Business Leader Wanted
As a seasoned professional in business analysis, you will be responsible for bridging business needs with technical solutions across sales and finance. You will analyze data roadmaps, identify gaps, and translate requirements into actionable insights that drive business growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Analyze departmental data to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and clarify business needs through effective communication.
- Leverage advanced SQL skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze complex data sets.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI to provide business leaders with real-time insights.
- Create and manage tasks for data engineers in Jira to ensure seamless project execution.
- Implement and optimize Kanban or Agile workflows to boost productivity and efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in data-driven environments with a proven track record of success.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and intermediate experience with Snowflake to handle large data volumes.
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing Power BI to create interactive and dynamic dashboards.
- Intermediate experience with Jira and familiarity with Confluence or ClickUp to streamline project management.
Nice to Have
- Certification in business analysis to enhance your expertise.
- Experience with additional business intelligence tools to expand your skill set.
- Familiarity with data quality management concepts to ensure data accuracy.
