Senior Java Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Architect to lead our enterprise-level projects and drive technical excellence in Java & Spring Boot applications.

This role is responsible for leading the architecture and technical direction of large-scale Java & Spring Boot projects, mentoring development teams, and implementing best practices and development standards.

  • Lead the design and implementation of complex Java and Spring Boot systems.
  • Mentor and guide senior development teams, encouraging professional growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and maintain architectural roadmaps and technical standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Java and Spring Boot development.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies for project delivery and team collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of Design Patterns.
  • Strong IT infrastructure knowledge.
  • Experience in application security best practices.
  • Proven success in developing and integrating large-scale applications.
  • Expertise in back-end development and microservices architecture.
  • Skills in code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership skills in team management, task delegation, risk management, and project planning.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
