Job Overview

This is a key position in our organization, responsible for managing financial routines and contributing to strategic decision-making. You will be based in Brazil and will work closely with the U.S. holding company to ensure compliance and success of our local operations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury, as well as hands-on experience with ERP systems. They will also have advanced to fluent English skills and strong analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end finance routines, including invoice processing, payment control, credit card reconciliation, and cash flow monitoring;
  • Oversee financial routines in OMIE ERP, ensuring accuracy and data integrity;
  • Support external accounting teams during month-end and year-end closing processes;
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts;
  • Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations, as well as internal policies;
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial policies and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field;
  • Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury;
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems;
  • Advanced to fluent English (written and spoken);
  • Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and familiarity with financial software;
  • Knowledge of Brazilian accounting standards;
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
