We are seeking a highly skilled Brazilian Portuguese speaker to fill this challenging role as a Multilingual Client Support Expert.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global provider of specialist services to the games industry. As a Multilingual Client Support Expert, you will be an ambassador for our brand and will provide 1st line technical and customer support to our clients' customers.
Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless customer interactions while working collaboratively in a dynamic team environment with individual and shared objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Responding to customer queries with the goal of achieving first-time resolution and providing responses that demonstrate excellent attention to detail, care, and professionalism.
- Ensuring timely responses to queries and communicating effectively within a multilingual team structure.
- Resolving complex technical issues by conducting thorough fault analysis and offering targeted solutions that resolve the customer's issue.
- Communicating effectively while working within a dynamic team structure with individual and shared objectives.
- Near-native level fluency in Brazilian Portuguese & English, particularly reading & writing.
- Excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- A self-motivated individual with a proactive attitude who can work productively and collaboratively within a multilingual team.
