We are seeking an experienced Accounting Analyst to join our team in São Paulo. As an Accounting Analyst, you will perform a range of financial duties including bookkeeping transactions with specific vendor categories, bank transactions, bank reconciliations and updating account statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform accounting duties such as bookkeeping for vendor transactions, bank transactions, reconciliations, and updating account statements.
  • Monitor vendor balances and relevant accruals, ensuring accurate monthly reconciliations.
  • Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data, maintaining databases through data entry, verification, and backups.
  • Provide accurate reports on the transactions posted.
  • Ensure timely month-end closing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
  • Relevant financial reporting, accounting, or tax experience in a corporate international environment. Big 4 experience is a plus.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Previous experience in Microsoft Business Central/Navision is a plus.
