We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic Contact Center team. As a Global Client Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients and suppliers.
Key responsibilities include engaging with callers in a professional manner, providing accurate information, documenting call activity, responding to online and email requests, monitoring and managing bookings, escalating issues appropriately, maintaining high standards of service quality, meeting established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), adhering to company policies and procedures, and following assigned schedules.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service orientation and active listening skills
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with attention to grammar and clarity
- Problem-solving mindset with persistence in resolving issues accurately and efficiently
- Ability to follow detailed instructions independently
- High attention to detail and adaptability
- Consistent focus and enthusiasm throughout the work shift
