Main Responsibilities- We require candidates to complete technical tasks including equipment installation, maintenance, and evaluation for our customers.
- Determines priorities and schedules tasks accordingly.
- Provides remote and onsite support, as well as second and third-level user support for arising issues.
- Candidates should be able to contribute to the maintenance and improvement of internal tools, equipment, processes, and data repositories.
- Assists with estimation, planning, and review of technical tasks to support project acquisition and management.
- Ensures adherence to relevant regulations.
- Strong communication and adaptability skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with technical equipment and systems is essential.
