Junior Consultant Financial Services

Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Consultant – Financial Markets. This role involves working on impactful projects in large institutions, where you will have the opportunity to learn more about financial markets while gaining hands-on experience.

  • Support transformation projects in wholesale banking, treasury, and capital markets
  • Map end-to-end financial processes (Front, Middle, Back Office & Risk)
  • Contribute to requirements analysis, solution testing, and delivery of financial products
  • Interact with technical and business teams to understand regulatory and operational challenges
  • Participate in innovation, digitization, and automation initiatives in the financial sector

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in banking, consulting, or financial projects
  • Basic knowledge of financial products (e.g., FX, fixed income, derivatives)
  • Strong interest in capital markets, financial operations, and risk
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in fields such as Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Mathematics / Statistics, Information Systems / Computer Science

Desirable Qualifications

  • Intermediate Spanish
  • Understanding of treasury and back-office processes
  • Experience with agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, Jira)
  • Familiarity with market risk, ALM, accounting for financial instruments, and data analysis tools
