Financial Transactions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage our financial transactions, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting and payroll functions, including processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions.
- Research and respond to tax inquiries, and provide expert advice on tax laws and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in QuickBooks online and Excel, with experience in data entry and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
