Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced API professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting end-to-end API lifecycle platforms, including operations, development, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, automation development/maintenance, and customer consulting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain API platforms running in container technology, including troubleshooting and administration.
  • Implement and maintain automations for platform operations, including self-service portals.
  • Provide customer support for questions and troubleshooting.
  • Design, develop, and implement an API DevOps platform covering build, deployment, test, SDLC orchestration, environment management, monitoring, and production release procedures.
  • Design and craft APIs that are low in technical debt and designed with cyber security in mind.
  • Deliver reliable, secure, and efficient APIs/services that are intuitive and easy to use by other developers.
  • Evaluate APIs against XOM API security best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with MuleSoft, Containers (preferably OpenShift), and monitoring environments.
  • Cloud concepts and programming skills in .NET.
  • Technical analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of DevOps solutions/concepts.
Desirable Skills:
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Ability to work in a global team and interface with contacts from different regions and cultures.
  • Adaptability to time pressure and priority changes.
  • Experience with cloud implementations in Azure and/or AWS.
