Project Manager & Automation Expert

Job Description:

The successful Delivery Manager will oversee the efficient delivery of professional services projects by allocating resources, executing tasks, and driving excellence across the board.

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with robust experience leading technical consulting projects end-to-end on time, with quality, and within budget. They should be methodology- and process-oriented, with exceptional leadership skills and a willingness to help build scalable frameworks for professional services projects.

Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end project delivery, assigning team members to suitable projects, creating and implementing delivery methodologies, processes, and reporting frameworks, acting as a thought partner and delivery point of contact for customers, and anticipating and resolving delivery risks or bottlenecks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in technology consulting, professional services, or enterprise solution delivery
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical consulting projects end-to-end on time, with quality, and within budget
  • Automation: Experience delivering projects in automation, RPA, or intelligent automation space
  • Team Management: Ability to build, inspire, and manage teams in challenging contexts
  • Project Management: Experience working with Project Management and Agile methodologies
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, Notion
  • Language: English - Fluent

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced Education: MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field
  • Coding Skills: Basic knowledge of Python
  • International Experience: Experience leading international teams or projects across multiple geographies
  • Startup Environment: Prior experience in an early-stage, high-growth, and fast-paced startup environment
  • Automation Tools: Certification or high-level knowledge of automation tools
  • Spanish Language: Advanced level of Spanish language proficiency
