A seasoned professional with expertise in integration and partnerships is sought to oversee Amazon's Marketplace operations in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive cross-functional projects through extensive integration with multiple teams
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address program requirements and improve customer/seller experiences
- Lead initiatives for sustainable growth, focusing on profitability and efficiency
- Partner with key stakeholders like Operations, Finance, Sales, Seller Support, and Legal to resolve issues and scale programs
- Maintain a strong commitment towards goals and outcomes to ensure Customer Experience metrics are met
- Experience utilizing data and metrics to inform improvement strategies
- Proficiency in Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, charts, and pivot tables)
- Experience developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
- Cross-functional project delivery experience
- Experience managing large-scale operations with front-line supervisor management
- Knowledge of SQL and VBA programming languages
- Experience successfully transitioning programs into large-scale operations through change management
