We seek an individual with experience in General Ledger Accounting, possessing strong technical accounting knowledge, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in month-end processes by preparing journal entries, accruals, intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and supporting documentation;
- Compile monthly closing reports in accordance with US GAAP standards;
- Review and validate own accounting work;
- Communicate proactively regarding potential issues to senior management;
- Pursue continuous process improvements and innovations;
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed departmental goals;
- Manage ad hoc accounting and operational tasks;
- At least 3 years of experience in general ledger accounting;
- Relevant accounting degree (e.g., Bachelors or ACCA);
- Strong proficiency in IT systems, preferably including SAP;
- Fluency in spoken and written English;
- Ability to handle complex reconciliations;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and initiative-driven approach;
- Creative and analytical thinker;
- Ability to prioritize effectively;
- Accurate, responsible, and ownership-driven work ethic;
