Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an enthusiastic General Ledger Accountant to join our Regional Accounting team. Your focus will be on ensuring the accurate and timely accounting of processes, as well as the improvement and innovation of them.
- Closely involved in month end process including preparation of journal entries, accruals, Intercompany transactions, reconciliation of general ledger accounts and detailed supporting analysis and relevant documentation;
- Preparation of monthly closing reports in accordance with US GAAP;
- Review of own accounting work;
- Proactive communication of potential issues to the Controller;
- Actively drive continuous process improvements and innovations
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of (general ledger) accounting experience, a relevant accounting degree, strong IT experience in financial systems, and fluency in spoken and written English. The ideal candidate will have critical and analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to cope with dynamic and high change environment.
