Job Title: Innovative Marketing Strategist

At the forefront of creative marketing, we're seeking a skilled and visionary leader to spearhead our efforts in developing game-changing ideas that set industry standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of brand marketing, advertising, and creative strategy. With a passion for visual storytelling and a keen interest in Facebook and Instagram, this role requires an individual who can drive strategic discussions, uncover social insights, and develop innovative solutions that meet business goals.

We're looking for someone who is articulate, with strong critique skills, excellent storytelling abilities, and advanced English and Portuguese language proficiency. If you have experience as an art director or are capable of packaging ideas, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to take your skills to the next level.


Responsibilities:
  • Drive brand and business strategy discussions to uncover business needs and opportunities in the market.
  • Uncover social insights and develop Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp solutions that drive key business goals while maintaining a high bar for creativity.
  • Partner with others on the team and in the marketplace to make ideas shine, leveraging best practices for all campaigns and creative executions.
  • Leverage communication strategy and storytelling in a mobile-first environment to shift the digital industry towards high-quality and disruptive creative work.
  • Craft narratives and decks strategically and visually flawless.
  • Be a thought leader on how Facebook and Instagram are fundamentally changing brand and direct response marketing.
  • Work with Product teams to learn and use new product solutions driving timely innovation and relevance for global clients on local markets.
  • Continually inspire clients with a vision for their brands, game-changing ideas, and plans to get them executed.
  • Build an analytical and high-level approach on the creative processes and transform it into business insights.
  • Lead the creative process with local and global teams, agencies, and clients.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in brand marketing/advertising.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience developing strategically grounded inspiring creative.
  • Strong passion for visual storytelling via photography, videography, and/or animation.
  • Strong interest in Facebook and Instagram, from massive reach to mobile and video best practices, as well as creative community and excellence.
  • Articulate with critique of both strategic approach, planning skills, and aesthetic execution.
  • Excellent storytelling, verbal, and written communications skills.
  • Proven entrepreneurial and strategic skills by identifying big opportunities that thrive.
  • Background as art director, being capable of packaging ideas.
  • Advanced English and Portuguese language proficiency.
