Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced FX Operations Senior Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FX operations, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To ensure accurate and timely processing of FX operations activities, adhering to procedures, internal policies, and regulatory rules.
  • Collaborate closely with teammates, stakeholders, and clients to process transactions promptly and efficiently.
  • Have oversight over the operational cycle of all trades and additional processes in the area.
  • Deliver exceptional client service through effective communication and relationship building.
  • Take initiative to identify potential risks and opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions to senior management.
  • Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage, escalate, and resolve requests, inquiries, issues, and errors while proposing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Onboard new clients according to established operational procedures.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of FX operations experience, preferably with Foreign Investors clients and 4373 regulation knowledge.
  • Banking operations experience is a valuable asset.
  • Fluent English language skills are mandatory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility and organization to meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivation and ability to take initiatives to identify potential risks and implement process improvements.
  • Result-oriented individual with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong team working skills and collaborative attitude.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, positive, and proactive mindset.
Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. An MBA/postgraduate degree is considered an added advantage.
