We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Designer I to join our team at Paycor. As a Product Designer I, you will play a key role in creating exceptional software products that meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct user research to gain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and behaviors.
- Design and develop user-centric solutions that meet our customers' needs, using wireframes, prototypes, and other design deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products are user-friendly and meet business goals.
- Facilitate usability tests to improve designs and ensure that our products are effective.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field preferred, OR 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience conducting user research and usability tests.
- Proficiency with common UX tools for wireframing and prototyping.
- Understanding of current web and mobile design standards.
- Experience following Agile methodologies and working closely with Agile teams.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Business English proficiency equivalent to a level B2 CEFR or higher.
