Technical Specialist Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide technical support to account managers and inside sales specialists through technical presentations, strategy input, and CRM software maintenance.
- To conduct sample analysis and create written and oral reports for pre-sales proof of concept and method development studies.
- To demonstrate system usage at customer or site in the region.
- To provide after-installation expertise and training services for new or existing customers.
- To support other key departments such as product development, marketing, R&D, and EH&S.
Requirements:
- A higher degree in Chemistry or other scientific disciplines.
- Fluency in Portuguese, conversational Spanish, and proficient English.
- Previous laboratory experience is essential with a minimum of 3-5 years' direct industrial and/or academic experience.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a technical/commercial role or sales support role.
- Experience in quality control environment.
- Experience in typical market sectors.
