Job Description

We are looking for experienced professionals to perform closing of indirect taxes, review tax calculation worksheets, and issue tax payment forms. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of tax legislation and experience in tax compliance and regulatory review.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing changes in tax legislation, maintaining fiscal data and tax-related master records in the system, and providing support to invoicing team, ensuring compliance with tax legislation.

Additionally, the candidate will analyze and control special tax regimes applied to customers, follow up pricing tables, MVA changes, tax rate changes, and create/update tax parameters in the system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience with integrated ERP systems and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Desirable experience with tax parameter settings in ERP systems.
  • Solid understanding of tax legislation: ICMS, ICMS-ST, IPI, PIS, COFINS, and withholding taxes.
  • Experience in tax compliance and regulatory review.
