We are seeking a skilled professional with pharmacy expertise to join our team as a Lead Associate. The successful candidate will have experience in managing large-scale pharmacy benefit projects, including analysis, design, and cost savings strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee complex pharmacy benefit projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as primary point of contact for clients, provide guidance on project planning, lead delivery teams, and ensure progress against established objectives.
- New Business Development: Contribute to new business generation by participating in prospecting opportunities with potential clients.
- Team Collaboration: Build relationships within the organization, collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams, mentor junior colleagues, and develop their skills.
- Clinical Expertise: Provide pharmacy insights to broader health and benefits projects, including health management strategy.
- PharmD or RPh designation required.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in designing and managing large group pharmacy benefit plans.
- Proven track record of creating project plans and leading teams to successful execution.
- Excellent client relationship management skills.
- Patient-centric problem solver with ability to balance client clinical needs and business growth.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Availability to travel as needed.
- State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining.
