Pharmacy Benefits Expert

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Benefits Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy benefits, including plan analysis, design, and cost savings strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert consulting services on large-scale pharmacy benefit projects, including analysis, design, and implementation of cost-saving strategies
  • Serve as lead contact for clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver project plans and ensure progress against established objectives
  • Support business development through participation in prospecting opportunities with new clients and internal collaboration
  • Build relationships internally and externally, contributing to the development of new intellectual capital
  • Contribute pharmacy and related perspectives to broader health and benefits projects, including health management strategy
Qualifications:
  • PharmD or RPh designation
  • 5+ years' experience in designing/managing large group pharmacy benefit plans, preferably in a consulting or brokerage environment
  • Proven success in leading teams, managing client issues, and expanding relationships with current clients
  • Demonstrated ability to create project plans and successfully execute them against established guidelines
  • Polished communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent analytical, creative, and integrative abilities
  • Experience in training/mentoring junior staff, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining, with CEBS designation highly desired
Benefits:

This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $80,000 to $95,000 USD per year, as well as an annual short-term incentive bonus.
