The RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to oversee key operational functions, driving efficiency and ensuring seamless coordination across IT, data governance, and knowledge base management. This individual will manage the IT function, contribute to data reporting and governance, and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to maintain and optimize the internal and external knowledge bases.
Key Responsibilities:- IT Management: Oversee and manage the IT Help Desk Specialist, ensuring efficient execution of onboarding, offboarding, and software/application management processes.
- Data Governance & Reporting: Develop and implement data governance strategies, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with relevant policies.
- Knowledge Base Management: Oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of the internal and client-facing knowledge bases, ensuring they are comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Cross-Departmental Operations: Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth coordination of operational projects, especially those involving data management, IT, and workflow optimization.
- Process Improvement & Optimization: Continuously analyze and refine internal workflows and operational processes to enhance efficiency.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in operations, preferably in a SaaS, digital marketing, or technology-driven environment.
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal. Strong experience with IT management, data reporting and governance, and process optimization.
