Dynamic Sales Role:This full-time remote position focuses on engaging with potential clients worldwide following their initial consultations with our attorneys.
You will play a crucial role in guiding these professionals through the process of securing expert US immigration services.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Engagement: Conduct professional and persuasive interactions with potential clients via phone, Zoom, and WhatsApp, building trust and rapport.
- Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service that reflects commitment to client satisfaction and establishes a trusted authority.
- Product Knowledge: Collaborate with our Attorneys and Administrative Staff to gain comprehensive understanding of our US immigration services and effectively communicate their value.
- Sales Acumen: Apply proven sales techniques to close deals and guide clients through the closing process, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Communication Mastery: Demonstrate flawless verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Performance Accountability: Achieve agreed sales, productivity, and performance targets within specified timeframes.
- Language Proficiency: 100% fluency in English is essential.
- Sales Experience: A proven track record of success in sales, ideally with experience interacting with high-level professionals.
- High ticket sales experience.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using virtual communication tools like Zoom and WhatsApp.
- Sales Acumen: Strong closing skills and ability to drive sales results.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
