Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a US Visa Case Manager specializing in EB-2 NIW and EB-1A petitions. The Case Manager will be responsible for client engagement, case preparation, document collection, petition drafting, and submission, collaborating closely with Attorney Joseph Robinson. Additionally, the Case Manager will analyze client profiles, strategize on case approaches, communicate with clients, and stay updated with immigration policies and trends.
Qualifications
- Experience with U.S. immigration law, particularly EB-2 NIW and EB-1A petitions
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
- Proficiency with case management software and online filing systems
- Client-focused with a commitment to personalized service
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification preferred
